At Atma, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't perfect, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. We are committed to a circular fashion lifecycle and ensure that every return is handled with care and sustainability in mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Atma tags attached to ensure the garment remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
